I’m very grateful for this pharmacy after many years of going to places where the staff are overworked and the service is slow and impersonal. I would definitely have continued to go here except I wanted to support their new location.

Went here for my seasonal vaccines. Greeted by staff immediately upon entering. Lovely seating area at the front of store, with additional chairs available … More at the rear near the private room.
The pharmacist called out first names only, which gave people privacy. I had arrived early, and although he checked the time of my appointment, he took me early, as he had an opening. He was efficient but still polite. He confirmed what I was there for. He confirmed my details off my Care Card. He told me the name of the vaccine I was getting.
The other staff were friendly and engaging. Nice selection of goods in a fairly small space. If I lived nearby, this would easily be my pharmacy. -
My only regret is not finding this little gem of a Pharmacy years ago. Simply the Best.
Located in central Langford , PharmaChoice Pharmacy is my “go … More to” for all my RX needs. Within the first few minutes of entering the Pharmacy , everyone knew my name , and they were all very kind and welcoming . ( unlike the “other” Big Box stores, where you simply feel like a # ) My prescriptions are ready within minutes , and no waiting in those lengthly line-ups.
But really , what makes this Pharmacy the best , are the people like Iriny, Shad, and all their friendly, very knowledgeable , and amazing staff. They all welcome you as family every time you walk in the front door, or talk on the phone.
