They helped me … More work through minor insurance issues as well as some questions I had before seeing my doctor. I feel like they actually care about my health. Absolutely wonderful, professional people that give excellent service. I’m very grateful for this pharmacy after many years of going to places where the staff are overworked and the service is slow and impersonal. I would definitely have continued to go here except I wanted to support their new location.

Amazing customer service! I love that you can get a virtual doctor's appointment through them. My prescriptions are filled very fast, you can wait … More in their waiting area or they will call to let you know the prescription is ready to be picked up. I recently run out of my prescription and got an emergency fill within minutes.

PharmaChoice Langford Pharmacy provides amazing customer service! When unable to get into a walk-in clinic for prescription renewals (and no family GP) … More this Pharmacy scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor who renewed our prescriptions. They also helped resolve an issue with my benefits coverage which included calling the provider. Another time, they double-checked why one prescription was full price and explained I now had to apply for Fair PharmaCare and then provided instructions for follow up with the provider. I have found the owners and staff to be patient and helpful on the phone and in-person. The dispensary fee is the same as Superstore and transition of prescriptions was seamless. Five stars all around. Highly recommend!
