I then called Pharmachoice Langford Pharmacy and the pharmacist helped me and was extremely concerned for my well-being. She helped me obtain my pills and it was so easy and painless. This Pharmacy cares about its patients and that is something that the other pharmacies especially the bigger ones can't provide. Thank you Pharmachoice for all your help.

This husband and wife team are simply amazing. They go the extra mile for their customers, always ready with advice and are both so knowledgeable about … More any medication I have asked about. Every day is seniors day and they have the same prices (sometimes cheaper) than Costco which makes them the cheapest pharmacy In Victoria which is so important during this pandemic. They have free delivery which is essential to their housebound seniors and anyone who just simply cannot make it to their location. They are always prompt and on time and ready with a smile every time I see them. They are just really good people who truly care about their customers and do what they can to show their appreciation for choosing them as your pharmacy, they even gave me a birthday card on my birthday which of course made me feel super special. Iriny and Shad have even delivered to me on days (like a stat holiday) when their pharmacy is supposed to be closed!!! I have never in my life experienced such individualized service from a pharmacy and simply seeing their bright smiling faces each day really does make a difference to someone who stays inside most days. I have not been impressed by a pharmacy like this in a very long time. PharmaChoice Langford Pharmacy provides amazing customer service! When unable to get into a walk-in clinic for prescription renewals (and no family GP) … More this Pharmacy scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor who renewed our prescriptions. They also helped resolve an issue with my benefits coverage which included calling the provider. Another time, they double-checked why one prescription was full price and explained I now had to apply for Fair PharmaCare and then provided instructions for follow up with the provider. I have found the owners and staff to be patient and helpful on the phone and in-person. The dispensary fee is the same as Superstore and transition of prescriptions was seamless. Five stars all around. Highly recommend!

Went here for my seasonal vaccines. Greeted by staff immediately upon entering. Lovely seating area at the front of store, with additional chairs available … More at the rear near the private room.
The pharmacist called out first names only, which gave people privacy. I had arrived early, and although he checked the time of my appointment, he took me early, as he had an opening. He was efficient but still polite. He confirmed what I was there for. He confirmed my details off my Care Card. He told me the name of the vaccine I was getting.
The other staff were friendly and engaging. Nice selection of goods in a fairly small space. If I lived nearby, this would easily be my pharmacy. -
