This husband and wife team are simply amazing. They go the extra mile for their customers, always ready with advice and are both so knowledgeable about … More any medication I have asked about. Every day is seniors day and they have the same prices (sometimes cheaper) than Costco which makes them the cheapest pharmacy In Victoria which is so important during this pandemic. They have free delivery which is essential to their housebound seniors and anyone who just simply cannot make it to their location. They are always prompt and on time and ready with a smile every time I see them. They are just really good people who truly care about their customers and do what they can to show their appreciation for choosing them as your pharmacy, they even gave me a birthday card on my birthday which of course made me feel super special. Iriny and Shad have even delivered to me on days (like a stat holiday) when their pharmacy is supposed to be closed!!! I have never in my life experienced such individualized service from a pharmacy and simply seeing their bright smiling faces each day really does make a difference to someone who stays inside most days. I have not been impressed by a pharmacy like this in a very long time. They are both an absolute joy to work with and I couldn’t be happier with their service and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. If I could give more than
